When can I enroll for Health Insurance?

1. For some plans, like those found on healthcare.gov,(http://healthcare.gov) the annual enrollment period begins Nov 1 and generally ends Dec 15, unless it is extended that year. The exception would be if you have a SEP or special enrollment period. This is a limited time in which you can select a plan or add a member to your insurance. 
2. During your employers enrollment period. It is recommended you reach out to your HR department to know when those dates are as to not miss it. 
3. Lastly, for plans in the private sector, not set enrollment period. Based on availability and eligibility.
